With leadership roles at Freeman and Encore (formerly PSAV), Russell has been instrumental in shaping industry strategy and transformation. He currently serves as the chair of the International Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International (MPI), where he is widely recognized as a global leader influencing the future of meetings and events.
