The client hosted a conference in Nashville with 3,000 guests and wanted to make sure everyone had meal options that fit their dietary needs while keeping things fun and creative.
Solution
Before the event:
- Guests with dietary restrictions shared their information in advance.
- The chef used that input to create personalized meal cards showing which buffet items were safe and when a special meal would be needed.
On site:
- Guests received their meal cards and instructions at check-in.
- If a meal was marked “buffet,” they headed over to the to the themed buffet stations to enjoy.
- If it was marked “Tootsies,” they headed to another themed area inspired by the iconic Nashville bar.
- There, they handed their card to the chef and received either a pre-prepared meal or a custom dish, made just for them.
Results
Guests felt taken care of and appreciated the thoughtful, personalized approach. The Tootsies-themed station added a fun twist, and the process made it easy for everyone to enjoy their meals without stress or confusion.
